"The Contemporary Castle" is a spacious two-story oceanfront residence with vast, panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.  Located just twenty minutes south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk, Sandbridge is surrounded by the 13,000 acre Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

Inside, "The Contemporary Castle" is open and airy with vaulted ceilings throughout.  Guests enjoy two master suites:  the first-floor master suite has both a kitchenette and private bath with jetted tub; the second- floor master suite is oceanside with a private sundeck and bath with a skylight.  The greatroom has a "million-dollar view" of the Atlantic, and leads onto a spacious sundeck overlooking the ocean.  Guests will enjoy the soft leather sofas as they watch television on the big screen Sony.  Adjacent is the diningroom with its large glass atrium with vast ocean views which leads directly into the newly remodeled kitchen.  Blue-pearl granite countertops and matching custom-built dining table gleam in the sunlit room.  The remaining three bedrooms are generous in size, and each has a theme:  "The Butteryfly Bedroom", "The Reef Bedroom" and "The Kidz Place".  The garage/gameroom is equipped with a nice Valley billiard table and a Kettler ping-pong able as well as sofas and an extra refrigerator for those refreshments.  Just outside, at dune level is a shaded deck with shower that leads directly to Sandbridge's lovely five-mile long beach.  There's lots of offstreet parking in the circular driveway.
