"The Stella Del Mare" is a towering, three-story beach mansion located just south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk where the Virginia Outer Banks begin.

Buttery-soft leather sofas provide great relaxation as everyone watches the big-screen television. Adjacent is the large dininghall highlighted by a 15 foot custom-built marble table that seats all 18 guests. Nearby, is the first of two gaming areas...here is a regulation air hockey table with electronic scoring tower and sound effects. Closeby, is the eat-on bar that leads into the full kitchen with vaulted ceiling and lots of storage space. All eight bedrooms are quite roomy, specially the third-floor Grand Master Suite with its private oceanside sundeck. The adjoining Grand Master Bath provides guests with the luxury of a two-person jacuzzi tub, plus a separate shower. Originally built as a private residence, "The Stella Del Mare" provides guests with spaciousness found in few other Sandbridge homes.

Outside, "The Stella Del Mare" provides guests with over 2,500 square feet of shade and sundeck. The entire back yard is fenced for our guest's privacy, and the elevated 14' X 30' fiberglass pool is also fully enclosed for guest's safety. Adjoining the pool complex is a brick Grilling Patio with a bar and a full bath house. Exiting the Grilling Patio Gate puts guests on the sandy pathway to Sandbridge's lovely five-mile long beach. There's plenty of offstreet parking for guests as well as their visitors.
